Have you ever thought of how fast time flies? Or how no one stops to look at the little things? We always try to go through life wanting everything to happen so fast. When really, if you want something that bad, you’re gona have to wait patiently for it. We always ignore the little things that people do for us. Like holding doors, or simply saying sweet things to you when you need it the most. In the end, you realize what you had to begin with and how oblivious you were because you were being consumed by your own little world. By the time you actually look back, you wish you would’ve realized and appreciated those little things before, not after it’s already too late. And, unfortunately, it usually is too late.
The truth is, I have a bad habit of comparing myself to others. There’s always someone with a better smile, nicer clothes, a skinnier waist, brighter eyes, and amazing hair. I put myself down all the time. I can never be happy with the way I look at all. I’m self-conscious and that’s probably the number one thing I want to change about me.

I find it quite humorous how every girl is a “slut” nowadays just because she’s had sex, or maybe just done stuff. Grow up. A slut is a girl who sleeps with everything that moves. NOT your average teenage girl. Kthanks.

The Australian state of Queensland is currently in dire need of help. It is expected that over the next few days, up to 2/3 of the state will be flooded. For size comparison, the US state of Alaska, the largest of the nation, is 1,518,800 km2- while Queensland is 1,852,642 km2. If I knew the conversion, I would add it. But I don’t.
So far there are a known 9 deceased and 59 missing persons. Both tolls are expected to rise dramatically over the course of the week. If you are able to donate any sum of money, it would… I don’t even know what it would be. It would be humane. If you are unable, please reblog this so that those who are able can do so.
